Tetra Tech AMT Wins Phase Two of the Department of Transportation's (DOT) Data Modernization
ARLINGTON, Virginia-November 7, 2011 - Tetra Tech AMT is pleased to announce the award of Phase Two of the Department of Transportation’s (DOT) Data Modernization requirements gathering and validation contract supporting the Office of Aviation Analysis. The Department of Transportation is undertaking the first major revision of airline traffic data collection in over 20 years. Tetra Tech, along with its partner, The Eastman Group, is excited to continue its partnership with the Department on this challenging opportunity. “Our methodology is ideally suited for these types of consulting engagements where value must be delivered both comprehensively and rapidly. This contract provides a great opportunity for AMT to demonstrate our agile requirements development and validation approaches, allowing us to deliver complete system requirements, process engineering, data design and prototyping for this system”, said Tetra Tech AMT Chief Technology Officer, Terrence Blair.
